Wood-frame windows do not only create unique atmospheres but also increase your home’ value. However, in order to maintain their functionality and natural beauty, they need care and servicing – theyare exposed to wind and weather all year. Being specifically designed for coatings, FENOSOL® Wood Balm is the perfect treatment. Three to four applications per year make an ideal base for perfect weather-proofing and may thus help to prolong renovation intervals. Reliable wood cleaning can be ensured by using our FENOSOL® Care Kit. Apart from FENOSOL® Wood Balm, it contains FENOSOL® Wood Cleaner. Even though a mild household detergent may also serve to clean wooden surfaces, we recommend using FENOSOL® Wood Cleaner. It has been thoroughly tested, which enables us to assure it won’t affect wooden surfaces. Please always test your detergent at inconspicuous spots before use.
Deeply Effective Care
Rain and storm can no longer harm wooden surfaces – even if these show minor damage. Due to the Wood Balm’s water-repellent effects, water drips off like from glass panes.
Servicing the Fittings
Your windows / door-windows have been equipped with high-quality tilt-and-turn fittings. In order to ensure their proper functioning in the long run, please grease the fittings’ movable parts marked below each six months. The fittings’ visible components are briefly sprayed with FENOSOL® fittings lubricant (or dabbed, if lubricant is bottled). Please briefly push the spray button once or twice only. This treatment ensures your fittings’ movable parts will remain free-moving and function in the long run.
